This project involved the design and execution of a 100-square-meter, two-bedroom residential unit in Shiraz, undertaken by our team. The client desired a modern minimalist style, with an emphasis on using white to create a sense of simplicity and tranquility.

When the project was entrusted to us, we found that the unit lacked adequate lighting, and although the ceiling had been fitted with gypsum board, it needed improvement. The tiles and lighting in the bathrooms had also been completed, but given the client’s expectations and requirements, these areas also needed redesign and execution.

Our aim was to design the interior in a way that not only ensured beauty and functionality but also met the specific needs of the client. By incorporating modern elements, we sought to create a space that was both practical and reflective of the client’s aesthetic preferences.

Design Process:

The design style of this project was modern minimalist. The primary color used in this project was white. Cabinets and closets were all made with high-gloss white MDF, and the kitchen counter and backsplash were made of natural white stone without any veining. Alongside this dominant white color, we chose black fixtures and kitchen appliances. The flooring was covered with wood-colored laminate to add warmth and tranquility to the space and to prevent the environment from appearing too uniform.
