This dental office was located in a 10-story building over 20 years old, with the entire building (including the facade and all interior spaces) undergoing renovation. The clinic covered 120 square meters and was previously a residential unit. Necessary demolitions were required to accommodate dental installations precisely. The two-bedroom apartment was transformed: the bedrooms became workspaces for two dentists, the kitchen turned into the reception area, the bathroom was converted into an autoclave room, and the living room, which had a great view of the main street, became the waiting area.

Structure and Design Process:

The project was assigned to our team at the pre-installation stage. We began with a site visit and a meeting with the client to discuss their needs, preferred styles, and colors. After gathering design requirements for medical units, we created a 2D plans, which was approved after discussions on the precise placement of dental equipment. We then moved to 3D modeling, using modern materials like glossy white and gray MDF. Upon final approval, we provided a detailed schedule and cost estimates. Initially estimated at four weeks, the project was completed in 25 working days.
